COvid-19 update

Notice to all 2020/2021 brides, due to the Covid pandemic we are trying our hardest to accommodate all of our clients while taking a massive hit to our business. Per our contracts we do not offer a refund unless we cancel or can not make the event. Due to the virus we are willing to accommodate brides April-September 2020 to move to summer or winter 2021 as long as we have availability. If we do not have availability we will not offer a refund under any circumstances. We will charge a $100 rebooking fee as we need 2-3 hours to redraft your contract and rebook the date with our artists and must pay our employees for their time. If you move your wedding to 2021 you will have to pay the new rate as you have moved your date to a time where the cost is more expensive. Any brides after September 2020 will not be allowed to move their dates no matter the current health situation as the business has already incurred such a substantial financial hit that we would not be able to stay in business and accommodate this request. If you have chosen to cancel your wedding or event, the deposit is nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. Please understand we only take deposits to protect the business from cancelations, they are not refundable. We will try our best to help our clients in anyway we can. Please understand we are being extremely flexible with our policies and this is all we can allow.

Please make lead artist aware if anyone is sick or has a fever 24 hours prior to date. No deductions to contracts will be allowed. We can not endanger our artists by working on potentially ill clients so please predesignate the open appointment to a healthy client.
